While PAPEN is a vital and connected organization, we don’t have an office, and
we have no clerical staff. In addition to this web site, we have an address for
receiving snail mail. Someone checks them once a week or so.
If you are a prospective Participant, the best thing to do is to attend one of our meetings. For others, the best way to reach us is by
