Calendar of Events

The PAPEN Chapters meet regularly at the following locations and times whether or not a speaker is scheduled. Meeting cancellations are also posted below.

• The North Chapter meets Monday mornings at 9:00 AM at the Hampton Presbyterian Church, 2942 East Hardies Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044.
• The South Chapter meets Friday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2040 Washington Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241. The meetings are in Fellowship Hall, which is the large room on the lower level of the North Wing. Park in the north lot, enter through the entrance marked "Welcome Center" and take the steps to the lower level or enter through the doors on the lower level at the back of the North Wing, past the gym.

	Stress Relief via Nature

Description:	Many studies are revealing that there are beneficial effects on us when we connect with nature. Increased exposure to nature has been shown to improve health, healing, mood, and productivity; relieve stress and ADHD symptoms; and even boost generosity. Participants will learn the basics of some of these studies, enjoy some simple experiences with nature, and explore practical suggestions to apply at work, home, or other places. It's not just for 'tree huggers'!
